Refund / Return Policy
At Golden Pistachio, all our gifting items are inspected for quality before shipping.
Returns / Refunds Accepted When:
- The item arrives damaged, broken, or faulty
- The wrong item was sent
- The customer reports the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
Returns Not Accepted When:
- The product has been used
- Damage was caused by customer negligence
- The customer changed their mind
Process:
- Once approved, we will issue either:✓ A replacement item, or✓ A store credit

(Delivery cost will be R100 in Durban)

Processing Time:
- All items are packed with care.
- Standard processing: 1–2 working days

Terms & Conditions
- Orders must be fully paid before dispatch
- Stock is limited — items may sell out without notice
- Colours may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings
- Personalised notes or custom packaging cannot be refunded or changed once printed
- Golden Pistachio is not liable for courier delays
